Ogre approach
Tags: Posted on January 08, 2007
We needed to wait until midnight for the Choktoi Glacier to freeze, in order to hump our loads to the base of the Ogre's SE ridge. I left my camera on a tripod while we made the two hour return trip from ABC. The light on the summit of the Ogre is from the moon. Karakorum Range, Pakistan.

He logged hundreds of meters in air time over many attempts at the redpoint. It's located on the beautiful quartzite / sandstone walls of Sunnyvale crag, Spillimacheen B.C.
